Chris Bancroft is co-director of ARA's National Student Housing Group based in Austin, Texas. Chris has been exclusively focused on the student housing industry since 2004 and established ARA Student Housing in 2007. In a few short years, he and his partners have grown ARA Student Housing into a national leader in the industry. His team provides a full range of services for clients including asset disposition, valuation, market research and capital markets execution. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business.
Chris Epp is co-director of ARA's National Student Housing Group based in Austin, Texas. He previously was the director of the Private Client Services Group with the ARA Dallas / Fort Worth Office, where he participated in $883 M in multifamily sales. Prior to joining ARA, Chris spent five years in the Dallas office of another national brokerage firm where he was awarded the Rookie of the Year and Service Excellence awards in 2006. Chris is a graduate of the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance. Chris is also a former All American and was team captain of the SMU Swim Team in 2002.
Patton K. Jones, manages the Austin, Texas office and is responsible for managing the multifamily business development, market research, and underwriting in the Austin and San Antonio region as well as the national student and manufactured housing groups. Prior to joining ARA, Pat was involved in a myriad of different entrepreneurial ventures: single-family patio home development, international sales manager for a Fortune 500 tech firm, and a principal in an aviation parts company. While running the aviation parts business, Pat worked overseas and was responsible for sales in 33 countries. Pat received his Political Science degree at the University of Texas at Austin.
Meredith Wolff, Analyst, is responsible for market research, underwriting, and the financial analysis of ARA projects for the National Student Housing Group. She is also responsible for tracking student housing trades nationally and producing market reports on developing student markets. Meredith attended Southern Methodist University where she obtained a BBA in Real Estate Finance and a BS in Economics with Financial Applications.
