Ryan Maconachy is the National Director of ARA’s National Seniors Housing Group and brings with him a high level of real estate knowledge he gained while working for some of the most elite institutional and entrepreneurial commercial real estate firms over the past eight years. Prior to joining the ARA National Seniors Housing Group in January 2008, Ryan was Vice President of Acquisitions for a private equity firm focused on buying Seniors Housing and Multifamily Assets throughout the United States. Over the past six years, Ryan has been involved in the closing of over $600 million in real estate transactions across the country. Ryan received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Marketing and his MBA from Loyola Marymount University’s Hilton School of Business.
Chad Lavender
Dallas, TX
Chad Lavender recently joined ARA’s National Seniors Housing Group after having worked in ARA Dallas’ office as a financial analyst. Prior to joining ARA, Chad worked at Harwood International, where he was part of the financial and construction management teams. While at Harwood, he was part of the team that completed the Azure, a $150 million dollar condo project currently selling for the highest price per square foot in Dallas. He was then named Director of Acquisition and Dispositions, where he focused on Class ‘A+’ markets and assets around the world. Chad received his Bachelor of Finance from the University of Alabama, with concentration in real estate. He was President of the Jason’s Honor Society, received the Lister Hill award for outstanding campus leadership, and was Vice President of the Judiciary Committee for the IFC at Alabama.
Brian J. O'Boyle

Brian O'Boyle is Founder and Managing Broker of the ARA Dallas office. He has twenty-nine years of experience in real estate, specializing exclusively in the brokerage of multifamily projects. Although most of his recent activity has centered in Texas, he is licensed in North Carolina, Virginia, Oklahoma, and Kansas as well. In November, 1986 he was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Council of the Realtor's National Marketing Institute (license #2970); this is the highest designation award available to those in commercial investment real estate. In November, 2002 he was presented the Stemmons Service Award by the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors; this prestigious award is given annually by the NTCAR in recognition of outstanding leadership and contributions to the both the Real Estate industry as well as the community. In April, 2002 Brian was again awarded the 2001 "Heavy Hitter's Award", given to the #1 Investment Broker in the Metroplex (he also received this award in 1998). In 2005 he received "special recognition" status by the Dallas Business Journal. In recognition of his knowledge of the Dallas/Fort Worth multifamily real estate market, Brian has been a guest speaker at over fifty events throughout the state. Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ohio University.
Jeffrey M. Pritchard

Jeff Pritchard has over twenty-six years of experience in real estate, which includes underwriting, consulting, brokerage, and finance arrangement. He is the co-founder and managing partner of four ARA entities consisting of three ARA National groups (Manufactured Housing, Seniors, and Student) as well as the local Austin area multifamily housing office. Jeff possesses a diverse professional mix which includes experience in analyzing, marketing, and negotiating, with particular emphasis on intensive and sophisticated financial underwriting. Jeff is actively involved in the ARA national organization, overseeing and helping to develop its national multifamily strategy. Jeff is spearheading ARA’s roll out of ARA’s newest regional office in Washington, DC.? He was educated at both Lawrenceville Preparatory School and Tulane University.
Charles Bissell, CRE

Charles Bissell has been National Practice Leader of the Integra Realty Resources Seniors Housing and Health Care Specialty Practice since it was formalized in 2002. He has been active in the valuation, analysis, and brokerage of seniors housing assets since 1986. Charles has valued in excess of $25 billion in seniors housing assets. He has been instrumental in providing valuation and due diligence services in respect to significant transactions including Caryle's acquisition of ManorCare, Pearl Senior Care's acquisition of Beverly, and Fortress' acquisition of Holiday Retirement. Bissell has brokered in excess of $250 million in seniors housing assets. He serves on the board of three different not for profit organizations, including Habitat for Humanity of Texas.
Brian Chandler
Dallas, TX
Brian Chandler has been active in the commercial real estate business since 1989. His experience has mainly been in commercial real estate valuation and consulting. Other real estate experience includes brokerage, tenant representation and asset management. He is currently one of the National Practice Leaders for Integra Realty Resources Seniors Housing and Health Care Specialty Practice Group. Brian has consulted and valued on senior housing assets in excess of $15 billion and commercial assets of $35 billion. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas, and is also a MAI Member of the Appraisal Institute and a CCIM Candidate.
David Cole
Dallas, TX
David Cole is the Marketing Director for the Seniors Housing team. His responsibilities include graphic reproduction, creative conception, photography, and coordination of all marketing material for presentation of the National Seniors team in national press as well as for property and other client opportunities. David received his degree from the Art Institute of Dallas in Computer Animation specializing in character conceptualization. His experience includes two years of marketing/art direction with ARA Central in Dallas and two years as a pre-press production artist/variable digital print specialist with Targetbase, a database, analytics, and marketing agency whose client list includes American Honda Motors, P&G, Southwest, TLC Laser Eye Centers, John Deere, UnitedHealthcare, GlaxoSmithKline, DirecTV, and Gatorade—just to name a few.
Sarah Rogers
Dallas, TX
Sarah Rogers is the Operations Director for ARA’s National Seniors Housing Group, responsible for overall team coordination, financial administration, process definition and management reporting. She worked at Texas Instruments and Raytheon for 20 years as a manager in Contract Management specializing in process improvements and electronic data interchange. After a few years of non-profit volunteer work she became the Business Manager and Computer instructor for a private school. She has a depth of experience in process and financial analysis, computer needs definition and the training involved with system implementations, and documentation support. She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Finance from Texas Christian University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dallas.
