Opened in August of 2007, ARA’s Pacific Northwest Region office joins ARA’s national geographic coverage of 16 offices from coast-to-coast. Under the direction of Jim Claeys, ARA’s Pacific Northwest team provides a full range of multifamily brokerage services to a diverse range of clients ranging from large pension fund advisors and REITs to private investors located throughout the United States.

Jim has more than 20 years of multihousing real estate brokerage experience and has closed more than 300 transactions in that timeframe in the Greater Seattle and Portland areas as well as secondary markets throughout the states of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. As a Seattle native, Jim leverages his in-depth market knowledge of the Seattle market combined with his deep and diverse client relationships to take a typical transaction from acquisition through closing quicker and easier than most other real estate entities.
