Jim Claeys, Vice President, is responsible for business development and transaction management for brokerage advising services in markets throughout Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Jim contributes to underwriting, analysis, pricing, marketing strategies and client development for all multihousing assignments taken on by Apartment Realty Advisors Pacific Northwest office.
Jim, a life-long resident of Seattle, has over 19 years of real estate brokerage experience specializing in multifamily properties. Throughout his tenure, Jim has closed more than 300 apartment transactions representing a total sales volume in excess of $2 billion dollars.
Jeffrey Wysong
Seattle, WA
Jeffrey Wysong has been in the multifamily investment business since 1988. He is responsible for business development, financial analysis, market research and transaction management for brokerage advisory services in markets throughout the Pacific Northwest. Focusing primarily on institutional transactions, Jeffrey has listed and sold more than 4,000 units located from Washington to Arizona. He began his career with CB Commercial and was previously associated with Pinnacle Realty where he negotiated the largest multifamily and multifamily land real estate transaction in Washington and Arizona in 3 separate years. He was honored as their top national sales associate.
Most recently, Jeffrey managed WCC which provided him direct, in depth experience as a national rehab/value add developer for apartments and condominium conversions. He assisted Fairfield Residential in the establishment of their Regional Office in Seattle and negotiated multifamily land acquisitions on their behalf.
Jeffrey holds a BA in Economics from Washington State University and is a long time resident of the Seattle area.
Jeff Daub
Seattle, WA
Jeff Daub is responsible for business development, financial analysis, market research and transaction management for brokerage advising services in markets throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Jeff has a diverse background in commercial real estate with extensive underwriting and transactional experience in apartment acquisitions. Previous experience includes positions in corporate office leasing throughout the U.S., industrial property sales and commercial title insurance sales.
Most recently, Jeff held the position of Vice President of Acquisitions for a private real estate investment company specializing in Multifamily and Student Housing investments across the United States.
He holds a BA in Social Sciences from Washington State University, is a life long resident of the Seattle area and has been active with the Red Feather Development Group which provides housing for elderly Native Americans.
Michael Keenan
Seattle, WA
Michael Keenan, is responsible for business development, market research, and financial analysis in the King County market. Prior to joining ARA, Michael was involved with a local area multi-family firm. Prior to working in the commercial real estate industry, Michael founded an online advertising company and worked with various high tech start-up companies in the Seattle/Redmond area. Mike received his Communication degree from Washington State University and currently volunteers with the Big Brother/Big Sister of Seattle.
Monson Tseng

Monson Tseng is responsible for business development, market research, and financial analysis of multifamily properties in the Pacific Northwest Region.
Monson brings a diverse range of multifamily experience to ARA’s Pacific Northwest office, having previously worked in multifamily property management and as an owner of multifamily properties himself.
Prior to joining ARA, Monson was a part of a national brokerage company focusing on Multifamily Investments.
Monson co-founded a number of high-tech companies in the Seattle area prior to focusing his full-time efforts in the commercial real estate industry.
He received his Business degree at the University of Washington, in Seattle.
J.P. Harlow

J.P. Harlow, Transaction Manager, oversees all aspects of the transaction process from valuation, pricing strategies, marketing and client contact, and due diligence to deal funding. J.P. is also responsible for financial analysis, market research, and business development for brokerage advisory services in the Pacific Northwest.
Prior to his work in the Pacific Northwest area, J.P. worked at an international brokerage company where he focused primarily on multifamily brokerage services in King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties. Before that J.P. worked at a development firm specializing in office and medical buildings.
J.P. holds a B.A. degree in Business from the University of Washington.
Jeanne Strand

Jeanne Strand, Office Manager, is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing efforts as well as the office administration for the Pacific Northwest office, based in Seattle. Prior to joining ARA, Jeanne spent seven years as a marketing manager for an international law firm specializing in corporate finance and administering technology solutions including contact management, web and portal technologies and e-marketing. Jeanne also handled lawyer and summer associate recruiting.
Jeanne brings more than 10 years' experience in commercial real estate to ARA with responsibilities including sales support, escrow and office management for multifamily, retail, office and industrial properties and business opportunities.
Her previous legal experience includes stock option plans and investor relations for start-up emerging companies; intellectual property litigation paralegal responsibilities; and land use litigation legal prosecution.
