The West Region of the Apartment Realty Advisors partnership consists of offices in Denver, Phoenix and Salt Lake City. Handling multiple markets in Colorado, Arizona and Utah, ARA’s West Region team consists of 15 apartment brokers with over 150 years of real estate experience. These brokers are assisted by 7 real estate licensed transaction managers, several of which have their MBA in real estate or finance. These transaction managers are supported by 12 key personnel who handle a wide range of tasks from marketing, financial analysis, graphic design, and an extensive range of research functions.

In the spring of 2007 Equimark, the multifamily market leader in Utah for more than 20 years, joined Apartment Realty Advisors of Utah, ARA’s 15th U.S. Office.

President and founder Mark Millburn has established himself in the Utah multifamily market during the past 34 years, receiving CRE and CCIM designations. Jed Millburn, principal, entered the commercial real estate industry, specializing in multifamily properties with 20-250 units. In 2005, Jed negotiated more 20+ units than any other broker in the state.

During the past 20 years this office has enjoyed an average market share of 70 percent in the Salt Lake MSA and is the only Utah real estate company to transact $3 billion of apartments totaling more than 50,000 units.

ARA Utah maintains dominance in the market by constantly monitoring local and national industry trends using their exclusive database, the most comprehensive multifamily database in the Salt Lake market.
