Jed Millburn, Principal of ARA Utah, has extensive experience in the sale of multifamily land and apartment communities. Jed has personally brokered over 8,000 units - valued at over $700 million. Since 2005, Jed has sold more multifamily properties than any other Broker in the state of Utah. He serves as a valued consultant to many private & public multifamily investors and developers. A few of his clients include BlackRock, AIMCO, Prudential, and Acacia Capital. Jed also has extensive experience in high density land entitlement for both rental and condominium housing.
Craig P. Burton has been an active member in the real estate industry since 1975. In addition to specializing in multi-family transactions, Craig has also been involved in the development of residential subdivisions, and for-sale condominiums. He was a co-owner of EquiMark Properties Inc., a full service multi-family brokerage and consulting firm which merged with ARA in 2007. Along with his partner, Craig has transacted over $2.9 billion in high-density multi-family development and sales in Salt Lake City and 31 other cities throughout the United States. Craig holds the CCIM designation in the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI) of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), has served in numerous capacities in the local and national CCIM organization, and was awarded the Utah CCIM of the Year award in 1999.
Kevin Hart has spent the last 5 years with ARA Utah and is currently the Vice President for
Private Client Services. He specializes in providing multi-family brokerage, counseling and
research services to clients along the Wasatch Front.
Sage R. Sawyer, Multi-family Specialist, draws upon four years experience in business consulting and customer relations for a leading telecommunications consulting firm. Sage has a keen understanding of the intricacies of the multifamily housing market across the Wasatch Front and has been involved in over $250 million in transactions. Sage graduated at the top of his class from the University of Utah in Business Finance.
