ARA's Private Client Services group was created to specialize in servicing the needs of apartment owners for properties less than 100 units in Metro Phoenix. To meet the needs of these clients, ARA principal, Brad Goff, brought in Ryan Ash, an eleven year veteran of the apartment brokerage industry. Ryan has positioned himself as one of the Phoenix market's most active brokers, having executed more than 85 transactions for a total transaction volume of $122 million during his career.

One of the most active apartment agents in the Phoenix market, Ryan is consistently a top producer and has achieved a high level of success specializing in representing owners in the sale of mid-size apartment properties. He has successfully closed over 85 Apartment Communities totaling over $122 million in transaction sales. A graduate of Northern Arizona University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Ryan's Major was Marketing, with a Minor in Finance. He is a member of the Arizona Multi Housing Association and is an annual contributor to the National Multi Housing Council, PAC (NMHC). Ryan has excelled in the mid-sized apartment market by forging deep client relationships through the demonstration of unparalleled market knowledge and transactional expertise.
