The West Region of the Apartment Realty Advisors partnership includes offices in Denver, Phoenix and Salt Lake City. Handling multiple markets in Colorado, Arizona and Utah, ARA’s West Region team consists of 15 apartment and land brokers with over 150 years of real estate experience. These brokers are assisted by seven real estate licensed transaction managers, some of which have their MBA in real estate or finance. These transaction managers are supported by twelve key personnel who handle a wide range of tasks from marketing, financial analysis, graphic design, and an extensive range of research functions.

The Phoenix office is managed by Principal Brad Goff and assisted by Senior Vice President David Lord. The Phoenix office has brokered over 10,000 units totaling nearly $850 million in sales since they opened in 2005. Clients of ARA Phoenix are many of the top institutional and private multi-family owners in the country. Their focus is on the exclusive representation of these owners and assisting them with the disposition of their apartment assets.
