The West Region of the Apartment Realty Advisors partnership includes offices in Denver, Phoenix and Salt Lake City. Handling multiple markets in Colorado, Arizona and Utah, ARA’s West Region team consists of 16 apartment and land brokers with over 150 years of real estate experience. These brokers are assisted by 7 real estate licensed transaction managers, several of which have their MBA in real estate or finance. These transaction managers are supported by 13 key personnel who handle a wide range of tasks from marketing, financial analysis, graphic design, and an extensive range of research functions.

The Phoenix office is managed by Principal Brad Goff and assisted by Vice President Bret Zinn, Vice President of Land Division Mark Brower and Associate David Cohen. The Phoenix office has brokered nearly 10,000 units totaling over $750 million in sales since they opened in 2005.
