Brad Goff is a 21-year veteran of the apartment brokerage industry. His market knowledge and strategies have resulted in repeat business from esteemed clients including Waterton Associates, Archstone-Smith, Sentinel Real Estate Corporation, Alliance Residential, Equity Residential, AIMCO, TriGild, and Archon Group. Brad was formerly with Insignia/ESG and Trammell Crow Company, where he was repeatedly ranked as one of the company's top producers. He joined ARA in 2005 as the Principal Broker and Founding Partner of the Phoenix office and has completed transactions totaling over 11,000 units and $1 billion since its inception. All together, Brad has brokered over 20,000 units and more than $2 billion in sales in his career. Brad graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and is involved in Valley Partnership and the Greater Phoenix Economic Council.
David Lord joined Apartment Realty Advisors in 2009 as the Phoenix office's Senior Vice President. Before joining ARA, David worked as the Chief Operating Officer for Hewson Development Corporation, where his primary responsibilities included industrial and office development and management, acquisitions, and corporate marketing. Prior to his tenure with Hewson, he spent 12 years with Colliers International and 10 years with CB Richard Ellis. During his career, David has brokered, purchased, sold, and developed or managed over $2 billion in real estate. His extensive knowledge, diverse experience, and keen understanding of the marketplace make him a tremendous asset to ARA.
Ryan Ash is an 11-year veteran of the apartment brokerage industry. One of the most active apartment agents in the Phoenix market, Ryan is consistently a top producer and has achieved a high level of success specializing in representing owners in the sale of mid-size apartment properties. He has successfully closed over 85 Apartment Communities totaling over $122 million in transaction sales. A graduate of Northern Arizona University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Ryan's Major was Marketing, with a Minor in Finance. He is a member of the Arizona Multi Housing Association and is an annual contributor to the National Multi Housing Council, PAC (NMHC). Ryan has excelled in the mid-sized apartment market by forging deep client relationships through the demonstration of unparalleled market knowledge and transactional expertise.
Mike Woodrick joined ARA's Private Client Services Group in 2011 teaming up with Ryan Ash in the marketing and sale of mid-size apartment properties in the Metro Phoenix market. Prior to ARA, Mike was the Acquisition director for a wholesale investment real estate company where he facilitated the acquisition and disposition of over 150 income producing properties, ranging from value add to buy and hold investments. He has an extensive analytical background in both residential and commercial real estate with responsibilities including market feasibility reports, due diligence, and financial modeling. Mike is a Chicago native and moved to the Phoenix in 2000 and graduated from Arizona State University in 2004 with a B.S. in Business Real Estate.
Greg Campbell is Vice President of the land division. Greg brings with him 16 years of experience in the real estate market in Phoenix, and has worked extensively in apartment and land brokerage with over $350 million in sales throughout the course of his career. Greg's ability to work closely with his clients, to understand their needs and achieve their goals, has been one of his greatest strengths. He is a life-long resident of Phoenix and graduated from the University of Arizona's College of Business with a degree in Marketing.
