Kevin joined ARA in 1999 with a primary focus on Greater Orlando and South Florida. In 2007, he moved to Orlando to direct operations as Principal of the Central and North Florida offices (Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Panhandle). He is involved in all aspects of the marketing process including valuation, marketing, client/ prospect communication, contract negotiations, due diligence and closing. He is also involved in debt sourcing through ARA Finance. Since joining ARA, he has been actively involved in the sale of over $3 billion in multifamily assets throughout the state of Florida. Kevin's expertise in real estate results from over two decades of large scale appraisal, development and acquisition work.

Before joining ARA, Kevin served on the development division of Suffolk Construction Company. His responsibilities included development, acquisition and valuation assignments for a full range of property types in Florida. Prior to Suffolk, Kevin was responsible for the acquisition of over 18,000 acres of environmentally sensitive land for The Nature Conservancy, one of the largest environmental non profit organizations in the world. A majority of this land was re-sold to private, state and federal agencies under Kevin's direction.

Kevin's primary background is in real estate appraisal. His appraisal experience dates to 1985 and includes valuations of large-scale office, industrial, commercial and residential development properties throughout the state of Florida.

Kevin has held a Florida real estate license since 1985. He is a graduate of Marshall University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing & Economics.
 
 
Patrick Dufour, Vice President
Tampa, Florida
  

Patrick joined Apartment Realty Advisors in 2007 with a primary focus on Tampa and West Florida. He is involved in all aspects of the marketing process including valuation, client/prospect contact, contract negotiations and closing. Patrick specializes in executing market research, fostering client relationships, and performing property valuations throughout the West Florida market.

Patrick joined Apartment Realty Advisors with a strong corporate sales background. Before joining ARA, Patrick successfully managed multiple sales territories for Anderson Merchandisers. He served as a representative of his company’s sales force to industry leaders, corporate clients, and business partners.

Patrick completed his Master’s degree in Real Estate and his Bachelor’s degree in Economics at the University of Florida. He is a member of the University of Florida Friends and Alumni of Real Estate and is completing his CCIM candidate designation.
 
 
Matt Wilcox, Vice President
Jacksonville, Florida
  

Matt joined ARA in 2010 with a primary focus on Jacksonville and the Panhandle, as well as supporting Greater Orlando and Tampa. Based in Jacksonville, Matt has varied experience in the multifamily industry.

Beginning his career at CB Richard Ellis, he was directly involved in the marketing and disposition of over $500,000,000 in multifamily assets and land for multifamily development in the North Florida area.

Prior to joining ARA, he was the Director of Acquisitions at Julian LeCraw/ JLC Southeast, where he sourced and managed the acquisitions of over $100,000,000 in multifamily assets through the credit crisis, including a 356-unit apartment community in Orlando, a 240-unit community in Jacksonville, a 624-bed student housing community in Tallahassee, and a 1,500-bed student housing community in Austin, TX. Throughout his career he assumed disposition and acquisition roles with several multifamily developers and managers.
