Gary T. Kachadurian
Prior to joining ARA, Gary was a Partner at McCaffery Interests where he was involved in the development of retail and residential mixed use properties in several U.S. cities. Prior to that he was a Senior Managing Director, responsible for Global Business Development, for Deutsche Bank Real Estate. His responsibilities included raising equity in Japan, Germany, and the UK for new DB real estate products. He was also a senior member of the Policy Committee of RREEF, a leading pension fund advisor, in addition to being a member of RREEF’s Investment Committee for 14 years. He was in charge of RREEF’s National Acquisitions Group and Value-Added and Development lines of business from 1999 to 2002, and also had oversight in the acquisition and management of RREEF’s 24,000 unit apartment investment portfolio. Gary was the Midwest Regional Operating Partner for Lincoln Property Company before joining RREEF, where he was responsible for developing and managing apartment communities in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Kansas and Pennsylvania. Gary is a founding Board member of the Chicago Apartment Association, was formerly Chairman of the National Multi Housing Council, serves as Board Member of the MultiFamily Council of the National Association of Home Builders, and has served on the Multi Family Council of the Urban Land Institute. He is on the Board of Managers and co-chair of the Real Estate Committee of the Chicago YMCA, is Chairman of the Village Foundation of Children’s Memorial Hospital, and serves on the Board of Leader’s Bank in Oak Brook, Illinois. Gary received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois.
Prior to joining ARA, Lisa was a vice-president with Transwestern Commercial Services where she determined the strategic direction for all marketing, branding, public relations, advertising and all internal and external communications for the Southeast Region. Since joining ARA in October 2005, the company has experienced double-digit sales growth within the multifamily marketplace. Most recently, the national brokerage exceeded $9 billion in multifamily sales during 2006. Lisa received her Bachelor of Business degree in real estate and urban development from Georgia State University.
Prior to joining ARA, Amy was a senior manager with CoreNet Global, Inc., a professional association for corporate real estate and workplace strategy executives, where she was responsible for the national partnership and growth of five of the largest key chapter relationships across the country. She oversaw the use of the company’s Global marketing and branding programs on behalf of her chapters, while helping to develop and support communications, events, technology and tactical business execution. Amy received a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing at North Georgia College & State University, where she also minored in Spanish.
