She has been associated with Apartment Realty Advisors since 1992, and was active in real estate as well as oil & gas limited partnership syndications and investor reporting prior to that time. |

Debbie Corson is one of the original ARA principals and leads ARA's Midwest division, which specializes in the sale and finance of multihousing properties and portfolios through the states of Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois and Michigan. The foundation of the firm is built upon over 31 years of experience providing performance-based service and developing long-standing relationships with many of the largest real estate companies in the U.S., including AMLI Residential, AIMCO, Camden Property Trust, DRA Advisors, General Investment & Development Co., ING Realty Partners, John Hancock, Jupiter Realty Company and Sentinel Real Estate Corporation. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 1994, Debbie has negotiated the sale of over $1.9 billion in multifamily properties and has dominated the Midwest multifamily sales throughout her career. Her tri-state sales have earned her the #1 Midwest Top Producer award for the past four years from the Commercial Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati. She has headed ARA's Distressed Assets Services Group practice group since 2008, and is a frequent contributor to industry publications and panels, including GlobeSt.com, RealShare conferences, Apartment Finance Today and Multihousing News.
Susan Lawson, a native of Chicago, deals exclusively in large multifamily properties and specializes in the Midwestern states of Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan. Susan is involved in all aspects of the marketing process including market research, business and client development, asset valuation and underwriting, contract negotiation and closing. Since joining Apartment Realty Advisors, Susan has been involved in the sale of over $402 million in multifamily assets. Susan obtained her MBA from Loyola University after receiving her undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Todd has more than 15 years of experience owning and brokering multifamily assets throughout the Midwest and Southeast. He prides himself on advising his clients in every aspect of the industry. Todd has negotiated the sale of well over $700 million of assets for many of the most recognizable owners in the industry including AIMCO, Equity Residential, UDR, Alliance Residential and Resource Real Estate. In addition, Todd managed the acquisition, renovation and disposition of more than 2,000 units on behalf of his private investment partners. The undisputed leader in Kentucky's primary markets in terms of product knowledge, experience, and production volume, Todd's Chicago home base is key to ARA Midwest's strategic growth plan, expanding opportunities in Greater Chicago, Wisconsin, and Michigan. Todd is a graduate of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and studied international business at Miami's campus in Luxembourg.
George Skaff, a Graduate from Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business deals exclusively in multifamily and focuses on the Columbus, Cleveland, and Toledo Markets. George has a background in commercial brokerage and joined ARA in 2011 to focus solely on multifamily. He is involved in all steps of the marketing process including market research, business development, underwriting, valuation, negotiation, and closing. With over 7 years of experience in real estate in all areas of the business, George is able to bring an all-encompassing view to his clients in the disposition process.
