Brian is Founder and Managing Broker of the ARA Dallas office as well as a partner in the Austin ARA office, the Washington, DC ARA office, and the ARA National Seniors Housing Group. He has 30+ years of experience in real estate, specializing exclusively in the brokerage of multi-housing projects and land. He holds the CCIM designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Council of the Realtor's National Marketing Institute and in November 2002 he was presented the Stemmons Service Award by the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors; this prestigious award is given annually by the NTCAR in recognition of outstanding leadership and contributions to both the Real Estate industry and the community. Brian is also the recipient of the "Heavy Hitter's Award", given by the Dallas Business Journal to the #1 Investment Broker in the Metroplex. He received this award twice during the past ten years and has received "special recognition" status six additional times as a top producer in his field.
Jeff Pritchard has 25 years of experience in real estate, which includes consulting, brokerage, and finance arrangement. Jeff possesses a diverse professional mix which includes experience in analyzing, marketing and negotiating, with particular emphasis on intensive and sophisticated financial underwriting. Jeff is a partner in both the Austin and National Seniors Housing offices as well as actively involved in the ARA national organization, overseeing and helping to develop national multihousing strategy. Educated at both Lawrenceville Preparatory School and Tulane University, Jeff is a CCIM Candidate.
Brian is the Senior Investment Broker in the Dallas office and a partner in the Austin office. With fifteen years of experience in multihousing, Brian directs his attention toward all aspects of the transaction process from valuation, marketing and client contact, due diligence, negotiations of the purchase and sale agreement, and deal funding. Brian is also involved in client development and production of new business. His experience also includes appraising and financial analysis, lease analysis, and market research. Brian received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Iowa Wesleyan College and is a designated Certified Commercial investment Member (CCIM).
Brian joined the company in 2005 as an investment broker and has been directly involved in the sale of more than $3 billion of multi-family transactions. He focuses on institutional-grade, Class 'A' and 'B' product throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and New Mexico. Further, Brian is involved in all aspects of the marketing process including client development, valuation, market research, buyer underwriting, and prospect follow-up. In 2009, Brian was also recognized by Real Estate Forum as a "Leading Deal Maker". He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and holds a BBA in real estate finance.
Bart joined ARA Dallas' investment brokerage team in 2010. Focusing primarily in the secondary and tertiary markets, Bart is involved with all aspects of client development, marketing, research, valuation, and sales. The secondary market team in which he is a part covers all of Texas north of Waco, plus Oklahoma, Arkansas, and New Mexico. Bart brings with him 10 years of financial planning and investment sales expertise. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University, where he was an All-American swimmer for four years.
Richard joined ARA Dallas' investment brokerage team in 2011 to lead the Private Client Services division. He brings a stellar track record to the table through his previous alliances with both Milestone, where he was Head of Acquisitions and a member of their Investment Committee, and JPI, where he was an acquisition partner and Divisional Senior Vice President. During his 20-year career, Richard was responsible for over $1 billion of multi-family transactions. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University and received a master's degree in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University.
Chris joined the company in 2011 to lead the land team. With 25+ of experience in the sale of urban redevelopment and suburban land sales for all buyer and seller types, Chris will oversee all aspects of the transaction process - from valuation, pricing strategy, marketing, due diligence, negotiations of the purchase and sale contract, through transaction funding. Chris is also involved in client development and sourcing new buyers. Educated at the University of North Texas, he is a CCIM candidate. Prior to joining ARA, Chris was a Senior Vice President and member of the Chairman's Council at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, and closed hundreds of transactions including office buildings, retail centers, multi-family units, industrial buildings, and ranch property.
Brandon joined the office in 2011 to lead the Oklahoma division on the secondary markets team. He has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, banking, and investment sales, and brings extensive experience in sourcing and structuring transactions for national developers, private equity funds, institutional REITS, and high net worth individuals. Brandon was the founding member of CrossCap Investments, where he represented clients in the acquisition of over $100 million in distressed commercial assets and prior to CrossCap, was with Stan Johnson Company, an investment firm specializing in net lease investments. Brandon holds an MBA from Oklahoma City University, a BBA from Evangel University, and is a CCIM candidate.
As Director of Operations for Apartment Realty Advisors' (ARA) Dallas, Texas office, Linda is responsible for all accounting, administration/HR, communications, technical support and system rollouts, database management, and contract negotiation affecting daily operations. Duties also include management of the Marketing, Finance, and Graphic Art teams. Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University and a master's degree in Administration from Texas A & M - Commerce.
