Brian J. O'Boyle
Jordan oversees all aspects of the transaction process - from valuation of the asset to implementing and coordinating the marketing effort, negotiation of the purchase and sale agreement, and the due diligence process through closing. Jordan also is involved in new client development and has been directly involved in closing $750 million in multifamily transaction in the past three years. His focus is on the secondary and tertiary markets throughout North Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
Linda is a graduate of Baylor University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Latin. She is an active member of the volunteer community and is a troop leader for the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas.

Brian O’Boyle is Founder and Managing Broker of the ARA Dallas office. He has twenty-nine years of experience in real estate, specializing exclusively in the brokerage of multifamily projects. Although most of his recent activity has centered in Texas, he is licensed in North Carolina, Virginia, Oklahoma, and Kansas as well. In November, 1986 he was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Council of the Realtor’s National Marketing Institute (license #2970); this is the highest designation award available to those in commercial investment real estate. In November, 2002 he was presented the Stemmons Service Award by the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors; this prestigious award is given annually by the NTCAR in recognition of outstanding leadership and contributions to the both the Real Estate industry as well as the community. In April, 2002 Brian was again awarded the 2001 “Heavy Hitter’s Award”, given to the #1 Investment Broker in the Metroplex (he also received this award in 1998). In 2005 he received "special recognition" status by the Dallas Business Journal. In recognition of his knowledge of the Dallas/Fort Worth multifamily real estate market, Brian has been a guest speaker at over fifty events throughout the state. Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ohio University.
Jeff Pritchard has twenty-five years of experience in real estate, which includes consulting, brokerage, and finance arrangement. Jeff possesses a diverse professional mix which includes experience in analyzing, marketing and negotiating, with particular emphasis on intensive and sophisticated financial underwriting. Jeff is actively involved in the ARA national organization, overseeing and helping to develop national multifamily strategy. Educated at both Lawrenceville Preparatory School and Tulane University, Jeff is a CCIM Candidate.
Brian joined the company five years ago from another firm, where he was a Senior Financial Analyst in the Financial Services Group. Brian has ten years of commercial real estate experience including financial analysis, lease analysis, market research, and assisting in the preparation of offering memorandums. Brian is integrally involved in the marketing process on all of the properties represented by this office, from the preparation of an Opinion of Value to final packaging to contracting and closing. Brian received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Iowa Wesleyan College.
Jordan joined ARA three years ago from another national brokerage company where he was an associate in their multifamily division. Prior to that he was an executive in the construction industry. Jordan is an honors graduate from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelors of Science in Economics and Financial Applications.
Jerry Lamm, who joined forces with O'Boyle in 1998, has over thirty years of experience in real estate investment and brokerage, including the last fourteen years specializing exclusively in the brokerage of multifamily properties in Texas. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas and a Master in Business Administration from Stanford University.
Mike transferred to the Dallas office in January, 2007 from ARA Boston, where he was an investment broker since 1999. While in Boston, he was involved in $1.7 billion in multifamily transactions representing 19,500 apartments and permitted land sites. Prior to joining ARA, he worked as a merchant for a business unit at Filenes, a division of May Company (now Federated). While with May, he managed over $100 million in purchases. Mike received his B.S. in Finance from Babson College – a specialty business school consistently top ranked in real estate.
Brian joined the company in June 2006 after graduating from Southern Methodist University. He is a member of the sales team in market research, market analysis, and the preparation of offering memorandums.
Chris recently joined ARA from another national brokerage firm and heads up the newly formed Private Client Services Group in Dallas. Chris handles all aspects of the marketing process including client development, pricing strategies, valuation/modeling, marketing, negotiation, and transaction closings. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, with a B.B.A. in Real Estate Finance.
As Director of Operations for Apartment Realty Advisors’ (ARA) Dallas, Texas office, Linda is responsible for all accounting, administration/HR, communications, technical support and system rollouts, database management, and contract negotiation affecting daily operations. Duties also include management of the Marketing and Graphic Art teams. Linda’s influence is integral to the creation, development, and production of all collateral materials – from conception to execution. She is responsible for all elements of project administration including timelines, summaries, and management reports.
In addition to her Dallas duties, Linda is responsible for all accounting matters for the Austin and San Antonio operations including the audit and approval of all invoices. With more than 20 years in the industry, she directs a staff of 12 serves as the liaison for ARA Dallas and ARA’s national operations based in Atlanta, Georgia.
