Debbie was designated a Certified Property Manager (CPM) in 1985 and a Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 1994. She is licensed to sell real estate in the states of Ohio, Texas, Kentucky and Indiana. She has served as President of the Dayton, Ohio chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management and is past Vice President of the Dayton Apartment Association.
Susan Lawson, a native of Chicago, joined ARA with an established career in executive sales and multi-million dollar negotiations. She has worked extensively with financial institutions, commercial real estate firms and healthcare organizations, and her experience will provide a high level of knowledge and understanding for her position as a multifamily property sales specialist. When Susan first began her career with ARA she was responsible for market and investment research, financial analysis and underwriting. Susan obtained her MBA from Loyola University after receiving her undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Adele Deeter has over 15 years of experience with ARA and performs underwriting, contract management and due diligence coordination for the Chicago and Dayton offices. She is a cum laude graduate of Denison University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and is a licensed Ohio real estate salesperson. She has been associated with ARA since 1992 and has been active in administrative management, marketing and sales coordination in addition to her current responsibilities. Prior to joining ARA, Adele was active in real estate and other commercial limiited partnership syndications.

Debbie Corson, Principal, has worked in the real estate industry in the sales or management of income producing properties since 1977. She has negotiated the sale of over $500 million in multifamily properties. Before merging her company into Apartment Realty Advisors she founded Corson & Associates in 1990 and rapidly focused the company on apartment sales. Prior to this she was associated with The Tipton Group, Inc., a commercial real estate management and investment sales company. She was made an Executive Vice President and Partner in the firm in 1984 with full accountability for company profits in all phases of the business, and was active in multifamily and office sales, retail and office leasing and commercial property management. In addition to the company's Ohio operations, Debbie organized sales and leasing divisions for Tipton in Dallas and Colorado in 1988 and 1990 respectively. During her tenure with The Tipton Group, the company's management portfolio increased from 400 apartment units in Ohio to 9,000 apartments units in nine states, and supported a brokerage division of eleven sales reps.
