Due to expanding business in the Austin/San Antonio area, ARA increased its local presence in Fall 2005 by establishing the ARA Austin office to better serve its growing list of clients. In the last 12 months, ARA Austin has closed over $400+ million in multifamily sales in the Austin/ San Antonio area. The team is responsible for all multifamily transactions in the Austin/San Antonio region which includes land sales for urban and garden style development. Other responsibilities include business development, market research, and underwriting across all product types.
